At Zeego.in, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair experience for all users. Our refund policy applies to digital service transactions on the platform.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:

The service provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeline.

The delivered service does not match the agreed scope or quality.

The service provider is unable to complete the project.

A duplicate payment was made.

The order is canceled before work has started.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:

The service is delivered as agreed but the buyer changes their mind.

Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, not service quality.

The buyer delays by not providing required inputs.

The refund request is made after 14 days of order completion.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of order completion via our Support Center.

Our team reviews and resolves refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider).

4. Dispute Resolution
If parties cannot reach an agreement, Zeego.in will act as a neutral arbitrator and take the final decision.
